We are a brand new, 7,500 square foot, state-of-the-art video, photography and podcast studio in the heart of NYC, blocks from Penn Station and Times Square. We have two soundproof video and photography studios with a live-stream control room between the two connected by double paned look-throughs and an SDI & XLR Panel. Studio One has a 24'8" wide pre-lit white cyc with 15 RGB lights controlled by a DMX Board in studio. It also has a private greenroom. Studio Two has a 12' white seamless, a tripple roll of 9' seamless and a full window wall with blackout curtains and diffusion. We also have a standing podcast studio, perfect for 2-4 guests and video podcasts. Our production studio also includes a hair and makeup room, a VIP Greenroom with a private 10th floor balcony overlooking the city, a roof deck and a reception/common area. All of our greenrooms and the common area all have in-house feeds from our studios. This rental price is for a full floor buyout of ALL of our studios, common spaces, lighting gear, hmu rooms, green rooms and control room. Camera equipment, crew and editing available for additional charge.
